Things are "A-ok" at this "convenient", "somewhat luxurious" hotel that's "easily accessed from I-91", but also "perfectly situated on grassy, quiet grounds" (there's a gazebo, tennis courts and one of the "great" pools there); the rooms, renovated with everything else a few years back, are of "good size" (although "bathrooms could be bigger"), with "comfortable" beds covered with seven "wonderful pillows"; freebies here include the airport shuttle, WiFi and parking.

Great location, and very nice rooms.

Lobby, hallways need updating. Big noisy party Friday night on our floor and security/desk were very slow (over 45 minutes) to take care of the matte.

Great hotel for the price. Very comfortable beds. Pillows were so great that I ordered some when I got home.

Convenient to I-91, exit if driving instructions had said so.

Hotel was very nice - only problem was locating it after dark and not familiar with the area. The driving instructions just had the street address and town of Enfield. My atlas did not have the street and Enfield is not well defined as an area. If instructions had said to exit at exit 48 on I-91 it would have helped us find the hotel. ...read more

The front desk staff was very unfriendly.

The hotel offers a lot for the location between Hartford and Springfield. You can find just about anything you need a few miles down the road in Enfield. The hotel is clean and easy to navigate. One of the beds sagged horribly.

One of the beds in the room sagged horribly. It was too late in the evening to request a room change, so we asked for a cot for one of our children. When calling the front desk to complain, there was no apology and I was not informed that they would tack on a $20 fee for the cot!
